Interpersonal Therapy Groups
This therapy group is for adults who would like to learn more about themselves and to improve their relationships with others. Members can use the group to examine the range of feelings and experiences that arise for them within the context of relationships, and to improve self-awareness and confidence in interpersonal interactions.
Interpersonal Therapy Group for Men and Women
Sundays 3:30-5 p.m.
Sundays 5:15 - 6:45 p.m.
Interpersonal Therapy Group for Women

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Skills Training Groups
DBT skills can be a valuable addition to individual psychotherapy because they offer practical strategies for managing strong emotions. The group is open to new members approximately every 4 weeks. Each unit focuses on one of the four DBT Skill Areas. For more information on the skill areas, go to the DBT page. The group is open to men and women age sixteen and up. Group members are encouraged to commit the whole cycle of training.

Advanced DBT Group
A group for those who have completed the four DBT skills modules and would like to further incorperate skills into their lives on an ongoing basis. This is an interactive group that continues skill building in a supportive environment. Group membership requires a commitment of at least four months, and new members will be added to the group at regular intervals.

Eating Disorders Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group
In this supportive small group setting participants will learn to recognize and separate from Eating Disorder mind and to replace eating disorder behaviors with healthy adaptive coping skills. The group is organized into the four Dialectical Behavior Therapy modules: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance. New members may join at the beginning of each month when a new module will begin.
